My Final Entry - Bangalow, Australia.

I am home.

I am sad that I have left everyone behind in Nakuru. It feels weird to be home. I find myself looking at everything around me and thinking how lucky we are and how much poverty there is over in Africa. It is hard to ever imagine unless you see it first hand. The pictures and stuff on TV just do not show you how it really is... people die everyday, generations are wiped out from AIDS, so many orphans and so many people going hungry. In Australia if you dont have a job etc we get government assistance but not over there... there is no one to help them. They literally starve to death.

The trip home was a difficult one. I really do hate the travelling side of things and just wish i could get places with the click of my fingers. Until then I guess i will have to endure the joy of 6 different landings and take offs just to get to a country that I love. To see all the children that i love and the community that needs our help.

I will be uploading a video each day to the Mission in Action - You Tube site so make sure you keep an eye on this. Click here to see the first video.

I will continue to do my work here in Australia for Mission in Action and will think of everyone over there until i return some time next year. I hope.

Thanks for reading my diary and for all of your comments. I enjoyed writing it.
