Please note that you will be required to submit at least one character reference from somone who has know you for a period of no less than 12 months (eg. Employer, School Principal, minister - excluding any family member)

We also ask you to send us your current Resume/CV.

We require a copy of your passport and a current police check (no more than 6 months old) before we can approve your stay with us. Once you have these items, please post them to PO Box 448, Lennox Head NSW 2478 or email them along to info@missioninaction.com.au

Click on New Online Application Form Note: As a MIA volunteer we require only a National Name Check . When you reach the Purpose of Check choose Option 1 & Contact with Children (MIA do not have a CVF number as it is not legislative to do so and also this would require more administration work for you and us, as Sarah would physically need to sign each application).

For USA Residents: Go to your local police department where you reside or last resided in the United States, request that the police conduct a criminal records search and provide you with a document reflecting that there is no history of a criminal record. Local police departments may require your personal appearance in order to conduct the search. Your local police department can phrase this in whatever way they deem appropriate. The document should then be authenticated for use abroad following our guidance on authentication or legalization of documents .
