Story: Thomas was dumped at a construction site in Kiti, the hospital estimate him at 3 months.
The reason he is here is because he was brought to the Provincial General Hospital by good samaritians after he was found in the construction site. He was completely healthy the day we brought him home as still is, which is fantastic!!
